What we do with your data, in plain language.
The short version: we only collect what you send us yourself, we only use it to reply to you, and we sell it to nobody.
Who we are
Liminex VOF, 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 42104253. For anything to do with your data: anastasiia@liminex.net.
What we keep, and why
If you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, your company name if you give one, and whatever you write. We use it to answer your question and, if it becomes a project, to carry that out. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
How long
If it does not become a project, we delete the correspondence within two years. If it does, we keep the associated records for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Who else sees it
Our form and our email run through ordinary service providers that pass the message on and store it, and our hosting provider keeps technical logs of visits to the site. Beyond that we pass nothing on, and we never sell or rent data.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising networks. Your browser remembers one technical value so the opening animation does not replay on every page. That value stays in your browser and never reaches us.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email us; we answer within a month. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security and changes
The site runs entirely over https and access to the mailbox is limited to us. If this statement changes, we update the date at the top.
