You have an idea and no technical team. We are that team, until you have your own.
Most founders with a technical product hit the same wall: they can't build it themselves, and an engineering firm that works for corporates is out of reach. We sit in between. We start small and honestly — often with the question of whether the idea works at all.
Pay when it works
Part of the fee can sit behind a milestone: you pay when there is a working unit, not when there is a plan. It is not free work — the split and the dates go on one page first — but it means a good idea does not die because of the month you happen to be in.
Partnership instead of an invoice
For a small number of projects a year we take part of the payment as a stake in what gets built: a share of revenue, or of the company once there is one. We only do this where we would use the product ourselves, and we say no far more often than yes.
Postponed payment
Pay an agreed part of the invoice later — once the first revenue is in, or on a fixed date we agree up front. No interest, but a signature.
Support that is not on the invoice
An introduction to a supplier, a second opinion on a quote you were sent, an hour thinking along on your pitch. We do this for the founders we work with and it does not go on the bill — it costs us an hour and saves you a month.
How we make this affordable
A company at the start rarely has the budget of an established one, and we know it. Four things we therefore do differently here than for our other clients — all four on paper before we begin.

How it goes

Does the idea hold up technically?
An honest answer before you spend money. Sometimes it's no, and we'll say so.

What will it really cost?
Development, parts, certification, production. The whole picture, not just the fun part.

One working unit
Something you can show customers and investors. That changes conversations.

And then onward
To a small production run, or to your own team — we hand over and keep nothing back.
